REVISION NOTES 2008

No amendments of any description have been made to this law during the 2008 revision and consolidation of Acts. This law appears to be redundant given the change in structure to the former Bank of Western Samoa and its replacement with the ANZ Bank of Samoa.

Once confirmed by the Ministry of Finance it is likely that this law shall be repealed.
